Storage and everyday care

A simple routine for keeping your practice setup tidy and ready to return to.

01

Give everything a place

Choose a clean, dry place for your kit between sessions. Keep the tools, practice locks, matching keys, and reference material together, with small components easy to find. Before packing away, take a moment to check the surface where you were working. A consistent layout makes it easier to notice a misplaced piece and to begin your next session without a search.

02

Keep the routine gentle

For everyday tidying, use a soft, dry cloth to remove loose dust from accessible outer surfaces. Keep the kit away from spills, and let any damp components dry before putting them away. Avoid harsh chemicals and do not assume a cleaner is suitable for every surface. For a mark or a care question you are unsure about, check product-specific guidance before trying a treatment.

03

Leave it ready to return to

Pack components so they sit comfortably in the storage option you use, without forcing the closure or pressing items into place. Keep the printed guide flat where practical, and keep keys identifiable alongside their matching practice locks. Before your next session, check for visible damage or missing parts. Set anything questionable aside until you have appropriate guidance, rather than trying to adjust or repair it yourself.
